New Additions to Stemma This Month:

• Create shared descriptions with exact matching columns
Our users asked and we delivered! When creating a shared description across multiple columns you can now search by the exact column name, allowing for an excessively simple workflow when managing the description for the same column across your data ecosystem.

• Enhanced search filtering
The advanced search filtering, based on Amundsen’s open source advanced search, has been rebuilt from the ground up to provide a more intuitive and repeatable experience. Automatically explore with default asset statuses or choose to include deprecated assets as well. Combine these with tag filters and schema names to hone in on the assets that you want to find.

• Delta Lake integration
We’ve officially integrated Databricks’ Delta Lake into Stemma. Automatically extracting rich metadata from your Delta Tables, including the last updated time and partition ranges, while also automatically connecting your views to your tables via lineage.
